Our goal is for you to love your purchase from The Moment Gown. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help with our returns and exchange process.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for full-price items within 14 days of the delivery date. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition with the original tags attached and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team. You will receive instructions and a pre-authorization for your return. Returns or exchanges initiated without this pre-authorization may not be accepted at our warehouse.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

International Returns & Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For returned international shipments, we cannot refund original shipping costs, and any return shipping charges, as well as any import/customs fees for the return shipment, are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team immediately, and we will gladly assist you. Please provide your order number and detailed photos of the product and packaging.

Final Sale Items

All sale items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review your selection carefully before purchasing.

Gift Returns

Gift purchases are eligible for store credit only, provided the return is made within the 14-day window and all standard return conditions are met.
